Jeremy was awesome to work with! From day one, communication was clear and quick—anytime I had a question, he got back to me right away. I also found it very helpful that I could send him pictures of potential issues and he would provide a solution. He kept me updated on the schedule, checked in throughout the process, and made everything really stress-free. It was great knowing someone was on top of all the details and making sure each step ran smoothly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Positive Experience
Although it was a small 2-day project, Jeremy was on top of all of the details, including a great approach to address some hidden structural issues. Further, communication was over the top - timely and professional - often over communicating. If the house needs more exterior work, Pacific Exteriors and Jeremy will be my go to!
More than satisfied
My wife and I just had major work done on our home with Pacific Exteriors, including new siding and roofing. Jeremy was our Project Manager for the several weeks long project. He never failed to be available and responsive to phone calls or texts regarding questions, concerns or issues that arose. He took care of each and every one and we are both very appreciative and extremely satisfied with the end result. Our house looks great and all the loose ends have been tied up. We wouldn’t hesitate working with Jeremy again, or recommending him to others for their home improvement project.
